Refund policy

At HORDEN, we believe trust is part of the product. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’ll handle it simply and fairly.

When can you return a product?

You can request a return if:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

Please note:

  • Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to request a return

Just email us at thegrandcollective.co@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short reason for the return

Our team will guide you through the next steps, no complicated process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from our side

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos. We’ll take responsibility and resolve it quickly.

Items that cannot be returned

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products (unless damaged in transit)

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse
